Blow molding is the forming of a hollow object by inflating or blowing a thermoplastic molten tube (parison) in the shape of a mold cavity.
3 Types of blow molding process:
• Injection Blow Molding. In injection blow molding, a blow or core rod is used throughout the process.
• Extrusion Blow Molding. Extrusion blow molding can be continuous or intermittent.
• Injection Stretch Blow Molding.
Perhaps the most common type of blow molding process is extrusion. With extrusion blow molding, plastic is heated until it turns from a solid state to a liquid state. The liquefied plastic is then forced into an Extrusion Machine.

·Adopt toggle type platen structure, have the advatages of uniform-clamping, big clamp force, assembling large mould, easier dismounting& assembling the mould. ·Optional double layer co-extrusion system.
·Optional view strip line system.
·Optional hydraulic servo control system.
