High precision steam heating method is adopted to ensure the surface temperature control accuracy with ±1.5°.
Adopt special hot goldet arrangement to ensure the strength and tension of PP yarn.
A specially designed Cross-Quenching device is adopted to ensure the uniformity of the silk.
Electrical control adopts imported interver, temperature control instrument and imported rotary transmitter, the control is accurate and reliable.
With automatic winder system, the yarn tension is constant, ,with good transfer,yarn shape is excellent.
