The flood season is approaching, if your equipment is unfortunately flooded, you need to pay attention to the following points:

First Step

Turn off the main power immediately! Disassemble the motor and reducer protected by the protective cover to see if there is water ingress. If there is water in the motor, It needs to be completely dry and professionally tested before it can be energized. If there is water in the gearbox, the lubricant needs to be replaced;

Second step

After the flood has receded, do not send power immediately.

First check the electrical components of the equipment as a whole to determine whether water enters the cabinet. If water enters, all components below the water intake position must be removed and dried. Dry, use a shaker to measure whether the insulation is good, and you can use it without any problems.

Rotation and transmission parts (such as gears, sprocket) should be re-lubricated for rust prevention, and check whether foreign matter enters, clean up in time to prevent jamming ;

The third step

Check whether the components that have not entered water are damaged, because the high water vapor in the workshop can easily cause short-circuit damage to the equipment.

Check the oil pipelines for water and foreign objects, and replace with new oil in time to prevent damage to the seal of the oil pump, jamming and burning;

Step Four

Check whether there is rust on the mechanical part, especially the rotating part, which requires special attention. Do not turn on the power suddenly and easily damage the hardware.

Check the air pipeline and pneumatic components for water and foreign matter to prevent damage to the pneumatic components;

The fifth step

Check whether there is any foreign matter in the water pipeline, and clean it in time to prevent damage to the pump and block the pipeline.

Each part of the accessories must be individually debugged before online debugging, so that it is not easy to accident.
