Because plastic is chemically stable and not easy to rust, it will take at least 100-200 years for its natural degradation. The accumulation of plastic garbage is endangering the natural environment, and people have been working hard to save this "white catastrophe."

The multiple sets of biodegradable plastic equipment launched by JWELL can meet different needs under different characteristics, allowing the promotion of environmentally friendly materials. Biodegradable plastics can be decomposed into carbon dioxide and water by microorganisms within 180 days under composting conditions. No harmful substances will be discharged during the process. Biodegradable plastics can be used in blown film, injection molding, extrusion and other fields to manufacture shopping bags, garbage bags, food packaging bags, disposable tableware and other products.

The PET/PLA environmentally friendly sheet production line launched by JWELL has the characteristics of low energy consumption, simple process and convenient equipment maintenance. Its unique screw combination structure effectively reduces the viscosity drop of the PET/PLA resin. The symmetrical thin-walled roller improves the cooling efficiency while increasing the productivity and quality. The multi-component feeding device can reasonably control the new material and return. The proportion of materials, color masterbatch, etc., the produced sheet can be used in the fields of blister printing and packaging.
